Master Key Realty is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information.

AML/CTF Information

Master Key Realty may be required to collect and verify information about clients and other relevant individuals under AML/CTF legislation.

This may include identity information, identification documents, beneficial ownership or control information, information about the purpose and nature of a transaction, and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information where required.

We may use specialist service providers to conduct identity verification, screening, customer due diligence and risk assessments.

We may disclose information to AUSTRAC, law-enforcement bodies, government agencies or other authorised recipients where required or permitted by law. In some circumstances, the law may prevent us from notifying you about a disclosure.

AML/CTF and identity-verification information will be retained securely for the period required by law.

We do not sell or trade personal information or client databases.

Overseas Disclosure

Some technology, cloud-storage, communications, identity-verification or business-service providers may store or process information outside Australia.

Overseas locations may include the United States of America and other countries in which our service providers or their data-processing facilities operate. Because some providers use distributed infrastructure, it may not always be practicable to identify every country in advance.
